It’s officially Fall. Pumpkin Spice Lattes are in the air, scarves are being unboxed from the closet, and jackets are being dusted off. November can be a slow month for events due to unpredictable weather, so it is a great time to do a virtual cooking event amongst Z enthusiasts. You may be in need of another delicious side dish to bring to your Thanksgiving meal and this is it.
On Saturday, we will join together on Zoom to make Cornbread Casserole. Imagine a creamy, but firm cornbread that’s slightly sweet and 100% z-licious. What you will need for this super “healthy” side dish: 1 stick of butter, 1 can of corn, 1 can of creamed corn, 1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, 1 cup of sour cream, 2 eggs, 1 4oz can of mild green chiles (optional), a round casserole dish or square 8×8 pan, and cooking spray.
