Rocky Mountain Arsenal Drive

ROCKY MOUNTAIN ARSENAL AND WILDLIFE NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE AND TAILGATE PICNIC 

Date:  Saturday, April 10, 2021

Time:  10:15 A.M.

Where:  Rocky Mountain Arsenal and Wildlife Refuge

We will meet at the visitors center parking lot located at 6550 Gateway Rd., Commerce City, CO at 10:15 and start the wildlife drive around 10:30 a.m.  It is 8 miles of scenic views and wildlife.  You will hopefully view deer, bison and other creatures.     Perhaps you may catch some birds as well.  You can stop along the drive and take pictures if you wish.  If we get separated along the way, we will meet back at the visitors center to tailgate for lunch.  Bring lawn chairs, cameras, and lunch.  Please visit their website for seasonal information  and more details about the refuge.
